RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS ONLY EXCEPTED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF PURCHASE (NOT DELIVERY) AND ONLY ON FAULTY ITEMS. WRONG SIZED ITEMS WILL HAVE A REPLACEMENT SENT OUT. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN POSTAGE. ONLY THE COST OF THE ITEM WILL BE REFUNDED NOT THE POSTAGE AND ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH ORIGINAL TAGS STILL ATTACHED NO EXCEPTION.

LOST ITEMS
Lost In The Post. It's rare, but unfortunately items do sometimes get lost in the post. If you have not received your order within 15 working days of the despatch date, please let us know. I will then send you a lost in post form for you to fill out, and on receipt of the signed form back to me I will refund you for the missing order and start an claim with Royal Mail into the package's whereabouts. |
